MC904-600It integrates many embroidery methods such as flat embroidery, sequin and cording, thus making embroidery methods flexible and variable. Integrated with functions of flat, coiling, cording, flat tape, bead and sequin embroidery, making it ideal for high-end embroidery applications on fashion, wedding dresses, children's wear, home textiles, and other fields.

- Industrial-grade high-performance computerized embroidery control system; 17-inch screen optional.
- Optional high-precision floating embroidery frame or C-frame.
- Servo motor drive, main drive with high-strength imported timing belts.
- High-precision custom gear transmission box.
- Optional head jump systems: stepping motor jump or solenoid jump.
- Interchangeable components enable embroidery on coils and tapes of various specifications.
- Taping/Coiling embroidery head options: 2.4x/3x capacity winding reels with robotic multi-color tape/coil changing.
- Optional trimming systems: High-efficiency stepper motor static cutter / Lead screw cutter / AC servo cutter.
- Optional accessories based on head interval: Sequin, easy-cording, bead, laser cutting and boring devices; with automatic functions such as automatic tape/coil cutting.
- Multiple embroidery effects including coiling, flat tape, cording, feather-stitch and zigzag can be achieved through accessory selection and computerized parameter adjustment.
