The FD/FC fabric embroidery series is the production workhorse — widely applied to high-speed embroidery of fashion, apparel, toys, wedding dresses and home textiles on knitted, woven, cotton, linen, leather, polyester and synthetic fibers. A gantry-milled monolithic frame keeps registration precise across multi-shift operation.

Straight Answers Before You Spend
The FD and FC fabric machines are production equipment. Where a compact machine is built to do many different things adequately, these are built to do one thing thousands of times without drift: high-speed embroidery on knitted, woven, cotton, linen, leather, polyester and synthetic fabrics, at up to 1,500 RPM across 8 to 31 heads. The gantry-milled monolithic frame is the reason registration holds on the thirty-first head as tightly as on the first, shift after shift.

What Buyers Wish They'd Asked
Power and floor preparation
These are industrial machines with servo drives and need an appropriate three-phase supply and a level, load-bearing floor. Machine lengths run from roughly 5.5 m to over 13 m depending on configuration — confirm the door and access route before delivery, not after.
Heads against head interval
This is the single most consequential specification and the one buyers most often get wrong. More heads means more pieces per cycle, but head interval caps how wide a design each head can stitch. A 200 mm interval across 20 heads suits small chest logos; 330 mm across fewer heads suits large back prints. Match the interval to your largest routine design, then maximise heads within that.
1,500 RPM is a ceiling, not an average
Peak speed is achieved on simple fills in stable fabric. Dense designs, delicate materials and frequent colour changes all reduce it. Judge a machine on sustained output across a real order, and ask us to run your actual design file during a demonstration rather than a showroom sample.
Consumables and maintenance
The imported diamond-coated rotary hooks are auto-lubricated and the omnidirectional 3D lubrication system reduces daily intervention, but needles, thread guides and hooks remain consumables and are not covered by warranty. Factor a realistic consumables budget into your costing per thousand stitches.
How to specify it
Start from your largest routine design, which fixes the minimum head interval. Then take your monthly volume divided by working days to find the pieces per day you must clear, and size head count to hit that with headroom — a line running at its absolute limit has no capacity for a rush order, and rush orders are where the margin is. Optional dual-cam dual-drive or electronic presser foot head structures are worth specifying if your fabric mix ranges from fine knits to heavy denim.
