Patch embroidery frame
High-precision lightweight floating frame ensures consistent needle penetration depth. Closed-loop XY control system delivers quiet operation and high accuracy. Electrostatic film design: high viscosity and precision, sticker switching convenience. Real-time display of embroidery patterns and frame boundaries with automatic out-of-range alarm function to minimize material waste.
Additional functions (optional)
360° punch head rotation: punch head achieves full 360° rotation to accommodate diverse pattern requirements. Projection system: projects complete sequin patterns onto the frame with high positioning accuracy. Vision inspection: detects defects (missing/extra/flipped sequins) and enables one-touch rework, boosting efficiency while reducing scrap rate.
